
The person signing the booking form confirms that he/she and all persons in their party accepts and has read all the terms and conditions contained within this document.
It is a condition of the booking that insurance is taken out by the hirer and their party against cancellation, personal accident, personal possessions and medical insurance.
1. A 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking must be paid accompanying the booking form. Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and this will be confirmed in writing.
2. The balance of the cost of the booking must be paid 12 weeks in before departure, or as otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made if the balance of payment is not received by the specified date as shown on the receipt of confirmation of booking. Payment will include an extra £200 to cover any damage or breakages. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of completion of your holiday, less any cost of damages, breakages or loss of goods.
3. Cancellation of your booking by you must be notified in writing. If cancellation is prior to the 12 weeks of your holiday commencement date then only the 25% deposit will be forfeited. Notice of cancellation received in writing less than 12 weeks prior to departure will result in the loss of 50% of your total booking fee. Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance cover at the time of booking which would include cover for cancellation and for the total booking period. Should the property become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given,. Any refund is restricted to the property hire costs.
4. The party size must not under any circumstances exceed those stated on the original booking form unless prior notification and permission by us is given. We reserve the right to evict part of or the whole party if there is any disruption or disturbance caused to nearby properties or damage to the property. We do not accept pets in the property.
5. During your occupation of the property, you and your party are expected to take reasonable responsibility for the safety and security of the said property. Please ensure that the property is secure when you are out and that children are supervised to avoid any domestic hazards, especially around the pool area. Both this company and the owners of the property bear no responsibility in such cases. At the end of the hire period the property and it's contents are to be left clean and tidy and that the rubbish is cleared away and placed in the communal bins. The signatory takes full responsibility to pay in full any losses or damage to fixtures and fittings or damage to the property.
6. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the properties or it's contents whilst on holiday, it must be reported immediately. We will have no liability for any complaint submitted after the completion of the hire period. Any defects or deficiencies must be reported within 48 hours after arrival to our representatives, contact details can be found in the "Welcome book" at the property. After this time it will be assumed that all is in order.
7. All the properties are privately owned and we are unable to affect the actions of others. It is possible that there may be construction or other building work in the area, and that as this is outside of our control, no responsibility can be taken or accepted. We regret that we cannot accept liability or pay compensation where our contractual obligations is prevented or affected,meaning any event which we or the suppliers of the service(s) in question could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, but are not limited to, mechanical breakdown, loss of any public supply,illness, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire acts of god, terrorist activities, quarantine, epidemic, weather conditions, government action or other events out of our control.
8. We, our representatives, or subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time with due regard to the convenience of the hirer(s) for the purpose of inspection of the property, and to carry out essential, or routine repair and maintenance work.
9. All properties are non smoking, we respectfully ask you not to smoke inside.
10. The properties will be available for your occupation from 14.00PM hours on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.00AM on the day of departure.
11. Detailed instructions for key access and directions will be sent to you on the receipt of the balance.
12. The loss of keys to the property will incur a £20 fee.
