The peaceful location of this apartment is gifted with natural beauty, surrounded by unspoiled countryside in Kapparis,a lovely beach resort between the towns of Paralimni and Protarus. The area of Kapparis is less frenetic than the main tourist area of Protarus (10min drive) and Ayia Napa (15min drive). It boasts some of the finest golden sandy beaches and sea caves. The nearest beach called 'The Firemans Beach' is only a short walk away from the apartment and 'Sirena Bay' a few minutes drive. The apartment also benefits from free use of swimming pools in nearby hotels. The charming unspoilt scenery includes Windmills and small churches in the surrounding  areas. You will find all the facilities that you could possibly need on your vacation within a short walking distance from the apartment.There is a wide range of restaurants and bars in Kapparis to suit all tastes as well as Car/bike rentals, travel/day-trip agencies and gift shops.The small town of Paralimni has a number of open-air unspoilt traditional tavernas well known for their delicious local cuisine and well worth a visit for a spot of shopping, it even has a small Marks & Spencer's!

Layout

The apartment comprises of an open plan kitchen/living room area and two bedrooms (one double, one twin ) which has been tastefully furnished in a modern contemporary style and quipped to a high standard.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped. White lacquered built in base units with granite tops and under lit cupboards all providing plenty of storage space. A four seater 'Bistro' dining table and chairs, fridge-freezer, electric fan oven, grill, ceramic gas hob, electric extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, pans, crockery, glasses, washing machine, steam iron/ironing board and all the utensils needed to enjoy your stay.

Living area

The living room area comes with a three seater sofa, easy chair, TV, dvd player, cd music system, ceiling fan, a/c unit and benefits from two sets of patio doors leading out onto the verandah.

Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are furnished with plenty of wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, lamps, bed linen, towels/beach towels, hairdryer, alarm clock (so you don't miss that flight home!), ceiling fans and a/c units.The twin bedroom also benefits from having a TV and dvd player as well as access to the verandah via patio doors.

Bathroom
The bathroom benefits from a larger than average shower and comes complete with a vanity unit and w.c.

Outside
The verandah area is well appointed and comes with a patio dining table and six chairs, parasol, sunlounger, clothes dryer, BBQ and most important of all....the sun, all day

For further comfort
 All windows are double glazed and fitted with heat reflecting louvre shutters and fly screens. Floors are tiled throughout the apartment and all walls are neutral providing an attractive and cool environment.

For your added security, the apartment is equipped with a safety deposit box.
